Complaints and suggestions

We do try to provide the best possible care and attention, however misunderstandings do sometimes arise. If you have any suggestions or are unhappy about any aspect of our service please ask to see either the senior receptionist or the Practice Manager who will be happy to listen to your comments and pass them on to the appropriate member of the practice team. The Practice has its own accredited Complaints Procedure and further information can be provided about this by contacting reception.
